Solar Installation

The sun is the ultimate renewable resource. Every second of every day it’s pumping light and heat into our planet and will continue to do so for millions of years. So, there actually is no energy shortage at all. All we have is a shortage of systems in place to use the massive amount of energy we receive. However, with a new solar installation, you can get off the grid and begin taking advantage of this universal, limitless power source in a very visible and rewarding way.

Oil, gas, and coal are all solar power in and of themselves in actuality. Ancient plants and animals, taking solar energy either from the sun directly (plants and algae) or eating the plants (herbivores) or from the herbivores (carnivores) or by decomposing all of the above after they died (insects, bacteria, etc…), slowly created bio mass that, under heat and pressure, became the energy rich deposits that we enjoy and use today. But these supplies, while vast, are shrinking and non renewable.

Because of this limitation humanity needs to invest in infrastructure to use sources of energy that will continue to provide for us long into the future. For instance, hydro power in dams or along shorelines provides a huge power supply every year. Wind power is also an option as turbines and windmills spin in air currents and light our homes.

Yet solar energy must be foremost, because all energy stems from it. Dams work because water is vaporized by sunlight and rained further inland. Tides and winds occur because the sun warms some areas more than others creating vortexes and movement across the globe. The sun, which is not a derivative source of power, shines and gives us light and energy each day. We should begin to use it properly.
